Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with soflurged B, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On November 23, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.204% among blood alcohol level around 09:06, and was waiting for six lanes in front of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, along the four-lanes in the direction of locking room in a comprehensive playground.

The Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle at the time, was driven while driving and falling off from the brakes, was driven by the victim D (W, 52 years old) who was in front of the above road, and was in front of the traffic signal in front of the above road. The lower part of the U.S. car was driven by the Defendant as the front part of the driver car.

As a result, the defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury such as the right shoulder, tension, etc. which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment to the victim D.

2. On the same day as paragraph 1, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle with 0.204% alcohol concentration in blood on the road from the front of Songpa-gu Seoul to the front of Songpa-gu Seoul, to the road in front of Songpa-gu Seoul.
