Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On March 3, 2015, around 11:48, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle that was parked in the “D” restaurant parking lot located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance due to the safe progress after checking whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is a person who is engaged in driving the motor vehicle well.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and did not discover the victim E (the age of 66) who was on the rear side of the above vehicle and left the above vehicle as they were without finding the victim E (the age of 66). The defendant was faced with the back part of the above vehicle.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered from an injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of treatment for about three weeks by occupational negligence, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.
