Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the legal marital relationship with the victim, and is the death different from the victim.

On December 30, 2012, at around 01:50, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the face of the victim C (60 years, in front of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) on the ground that the victim C was hidden by another male in his/her residence; (c) twice the face of the victim was able to use his/her finger hand; and (d) the face was able to use his/her face once.
