Around 08:00 on September 15, 2018, the Defendant, at the Seoul Eastern Detention House B located in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and at the time of 37, had a verbal dispute with the victim C in connection with the nonperformance of the fluorial land, and D et al., and had been heard by D et al., the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim by “a bit bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.
