A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2014. 12. 21. 23:25경 전주시 덕진구 C에 있는 D학원 앞 노상에서, 술에 취해 일행과 말다툼을 하던 중 ‘중국인 부부가 싸운다’라는 신고를 받고 출동한 전주덕진경찰서 E지구대 소속 경위 F로부터 ‘집으로 돌아갈 것’을 요구받자 이를 거부하면서 손톱으로 위 F의 손등을 할퀴고, 발로 위 F의 복부와 다리를 걷어차고, 계속하여 전주시 덕진구 G에 있는 전주덕진경찰서 E지구대에서, 위 지구대 소속 순경 H로부터 ‘경찰관의 지시에 따를 것’을 요구받자 위 H에게 “나쁜 놈아!”라고 말하면서 발로 위 H의 정강이를 3~4회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the police officer's physical protection and the prevention of crimes.
