Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine in the same court on August 20, 2013.

On July 3, 2018, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol twice or more, and driven BM5 vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.194% of alcohol alcohol concentration at the distance of about 100 meters from the Do in the subway Station located in the Daegu Dong-dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-ro to the 100-ro of the same safe-ro 455.
