2. As to the plaintiff A's claim

A. 1) With respect to the claim for unpaid basic pay, the summary of the plaintiff A’s assertion is abbreviationd by the plaintiff A (the part of paragraph 2.).

The minimum wage per hour during the period of service is KRW 4,860 for the year 2013, KRW 5,210 for the year 2014, and KRW 5,580 for the year 2015. As such, the monthly basic wage that the Plaintiff has to receive upon multiplying the minimum wage per hour by 432 hours, the average working hours of the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 2,09,520 for the year 2013, KRW 2,250,720 for the year 2014, KRW 2,410,560 for the year 2015, KRW 1,300 for the year 2013, KRW 5,00 for the year 2014, KRW 1,400 for the year 2014 and KRW 5,00 for the year 200 for the year 2015, KRW 300 for the year 200 for the year 200,010 for the basic wage.
