According to the above facts of determination, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 156,802,936 as well as the total amount of KRW 145,090,000,00, whichever is the principal of the loan, within the agreed interest rate of KRW 156,802,936, and the total amount of principal of the loan from February 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

3. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is accepted in its entirety and it is so decided as per Disposition.
