Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 9,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B G80.

At around 22:10 on December 16, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded at a speed that would not be known from the opposite side to the F, of D convenience points in Daegu-gu C.

Since this road has a intersection where signal apparatus is installed at the front of the road, there was a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with good faith by accurately operating the steering system and steering gear.

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant neglected this and neglected to stop an intersection signal, the Defendant followed the part on the left-hand side of the said G80 car driving by the victim G(62 years old) who passed the intersection from the left-hand side of the running direction to the right-hand side of the victim G (62 years old) who passed the intersection.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, sustained an injury to the victim, such as sastum saf, which requires treatment for about three weeks, and at the same time, escaped without immediately stopping the victim’s rocketing car, even though it was damaged to bring about KRW 3,595,498 for repair costs, and without taking any measures such as providing relief to the victim.
