From May 23, 2008 to July 28, 2010, the Plaintiff performed Ciplomatic affairs while serving as the Prime Minister’s Office B Policy Officer. From July 29, 2010 to January 26, 2012, the name was changed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (the Government Organization Act was amended by Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; hereinafter referred to as the “Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade” regardless of before and after the change of the name; hereinafter referred to as “the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade”) as D Ambassador to assist the Minister in the internal and external affairs and negotiations related to Diplomatic affairs.

E is a representative director of F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "F") and a local corporation dealing with the machinery of the above company (hereinafter referred to as the "G"), who has promoted the Lmond Mineral Deposit Development Project in Canada.

E, a listed company in March 25, 2009, acquired the management right of H (the above company changed its trade name to H from March 25, 2011; hereinafter “H”) and held office as the representative director from March 3, 2009, regardless of whether it was before or after the mutual change.

Around November 2008, the Plaintiff provided support for the development of mineral deposits from E to E in relation to mineral deposit development projects by various means, upon receiving a request from the Government for support from E in relation to mineral deposit development projects. The Plaintiff provided support to E in relation to the development of mineral deposits from the Government of E to E in relation to the development of mineral deposits.
