[criminal power] On November 6, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch on November 6, 2008; on August 31, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court; on April 5, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 8 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Id
At around 04:50 on July 18, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car with a alcohol of 0.166% 0.16%, and led to a three-lane road in the direction of the new distance from the direction of the new distance.
As above, the Defendant did not drive normally while under the influence of alcohol, and thereby was affected by the median line, and received the street trees in front of the Defendant’s vehicle at the roadside opposite to the Defendant’s moving direction.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, caused the death of the victim D, n, and 37 years of age who was on the top of the operation of the said car (hereinafter referred to as “the victim D, n, and 37 years of age) from a university hospital located in the main source of Young-gu in the Young-gu, Suwon National University Hospital at around 09:00 on the same day, due to low-quality shock caused by the liverion, marcation of crym, and strokes. 2. On July 18, 2015, the Defendant did not obtain a driver’s license in the section near the river station located in the Suwon-gu, Young-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, the head of the vehicle without a license, from around 04:50 on the water station located in Suwon-si, Sin-si, to the front road in the Young-si, Sin-si.
