1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 20,077,122 and interest rate of KRW 6% per annum from February 15, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff acquired 52,788,880 won (the principal of which is KRW 30,274,947) against the Defendant of Samsung Card Co., Ltd., Samsung Capital Co., Ltd., Samsung Don-do, and Yang Mutual Savings Bank Co., Ltd., and filed a lawsuit against the Defendant (Uiwon District Court 2006No 21718). On October 12, 2006, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the payment of the acquisition amount (the court below's decision 2005Da21718). On October 12, 2006, 2006, the Plaintiff decided that the Plaintiff paid 70% of the total amount of interest delay damages and the remainder of the principal amount equivalent to 30% of the total amount of principal and 70% of the total amount of interest at the time the immunity decision became final and conclusive from the date immediately following the date the immunity decision becomes final and conclusive to the extent of KRW 260% interest and delay damages of each claim (the above 264.2630%).

Therefore, as stated in the above judgment, the defendant calculated 20,077,122 won with respect to the plaintiff and 6% per annum from February 15, 2009 to the date of full payment.
