1. The Defendant’s KRW 28,617,028 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from March 18, 2017 to February 8, 2018.
Reasons
1. Of the grounds for the claim, the Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of the steel wholesale business, etc., and the Defendant is a company established for the purpose of the manufacturing of industrial machinery. The Plaintiff does not dispute between the parties that the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the total of KRW 28,617,028 (= KRW 6,508,788, 240) equivalent to KRW 6,508,788, Nov. 11, 2016 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply), and total of KRW 22,108,240, Nov. 14, 2016 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply).
The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 28,617,028 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Commercial Act from March 18, 2017 following the delivery day of the instant complaint to February 8, 2018, which is deemed reasonable for the Defendant to dispute as to the existence and scope of the obligation to perform, as the Plaintiff seeks, from March 18, 2017 following the delivery day of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.

On December 23, 2016, the Plaintiff asserted that on December 23, 2016, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with total of KRW 40,675,008 (i.e., KRW 26,595,030 (= KRW 14,079,978), equivalent to KRW 26,625,500, and KRW 36,625,500, total of KRW 10,686,685,286, including KRW 26,565,50,00, and KRW 14,500,000, total of KRW 26,625,786, and KRW 36,686,565,286, which was total of KRW 14,505,7686,786,786,786,7685,7686, etc.).
In light of the following facts, only the descriptions of Gap evidence 1, 2, 12-1, 2, 13, 14-1, 2, and 15 are insufficient to acknowledge the plaintiff's above assertion, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it otherwise.
Rather, in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement No. 5, the other party who supplied steel returned in amounting to KRW 77,360,294 as above is C Co., Ltd.
