A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around March 2016, as the head of the business division, called “B,” the victim C (n, 39 years of age) first met and thereafter attended the Defendant.

There is a gap between them.

1. On January 2016, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of another person, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame of sense of shame, against the Defendant’s will, by photographing the body of the victim who was diving in a state of her body’s body from a mutual stoves with his/her own diameter, from the beginning to the Defendant’s cell phone.

2. On April 29, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s face at the victim’s seat at the time of the defendant’s residence located in Jungdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the suspecting that the victim has winded; (b) assaulting the victim by drinking the victim’s seat; and (c) cutting the victim’s neck by her hand; and (d) taking the victim her scam and her frightly frightly frightly frighted against the victim; (b) let the victim go to the taxi; and (c) on April 30, 2016, the Defendant taken the victim into custody until the victim arrives at the scambling box of the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station at around 30:30, 2016.

3. The Defendant sent a text message to the victim on November 27, 2016, stating that he/she sent the victim the E language message, but on the ground that the victim did not immediately respond, he/she sent the victim a text message stating that he/she would deliver the victim the message “Chewing,” “the same bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” “the same year,” “two years,” and “the two years,” on the same day at around 19:30 on the same day.

On the same day, the injured party believed that she gets a taxi from the franchis station in Jung-gu, Seoul around 20:25 on the same day, and immediately she was able to take the victim's head debt and divided the victim's head debt by hand, and he was forced to 100 to 200 meters away from the apartment playground of the defendant, and arrested the victim by holding it in the event.
