A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2016, at around 10:55, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a two-wheeled vehicle at approximately 20 km GT650 (effective 250C) from the front day of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Center for 119 Otoba, Seo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City to the front day of the 276 CU convenience store.
