1. The Defendant, in sequence, connects the Plaintiff with each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the area of 2,728 square meters in Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-do.

According to the results of the on-site inspection conducted by Gap evidence 1 through 3 and appraiser D, the fact that the plaintiff is the owner of 2,728 square meters prior to Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-do, and that there is an obstacle to the plaintiff's installation in the ship connecting each of the above land in sequence 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to remove the obstacles in the part of the ship connecting each point of the annexed drawings 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the above land to the plaintiff and deliver the above part of the land to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
