Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has been engaged in driving of a small-type taxi in C.

On August 3, 2015, the above vehicle was driven at around 06:18, and the intersection of the D building in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government came to run one lane between the three-lanes from the south cycle road to the additional digital station.

Since the above place is an intersection where signal lights are installed, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to care in preventing traffic accidents by keeping the front door well and safely proceeding in accordance with the new code.

Nevertheless, the defendant's negligence of violating the signal by making a left turn turn turn turn while neglecting this, conflicts with the front part of the defendant's vehicle in front of the FK5 driver's vehicle of the victim E (E, South and 34 years old) that was driven in accordance with the new code in the opposite direction.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment by negligence in the above business.
