Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 27, 2010, the Defendant was notified by the Seoul Central District Court of a summary order of a fine of five million won due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On January 21, 201, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of a fine of two million won due to an injury in the same court on May 9, 201, notified of a summary order of a fine of two million won due to an injury in the same court on May 16, 2012. On May 16, 2012, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of a fine of 1.5 million won due to an injury in the same court on May 16, 2012, and on April 21, 2014, the said judgment was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years due to a violation of the Punishment, etc. of Violences Act (Habitual assault) with six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same court on April 29, 2014.
The Defendant, a organized violence victim, is a person who has been able to act as a behavioral member of the “new OB wave.”
1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;
A. The Defendant knew that the victim E (the age of 65) was unable to pay KRW 36 million to the president of the F station G, and used the said claim that G transferred to the victim, and attempted to offset the amount of credit, against waste rocks produced in the company operating the victim with the amount of credit.
