When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant had the staff in charge of the above attorney-at-law's office in the name in the D office located in the Won-si, the first day of November, 2013, prepare a false complaint with respect to F using the computer.
