Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:10 on May 15, 2012, the Defendant, upon receipt of domestic violence report in 302 dong 1304 and 1304, expressed that “Any police has been in our house and any spulpule is flue” when the victim slope D belonging to the Mine Police Station C District arrives at the site.

The Defendant, upon the occurrence of his behavior to his wife who was in a small room to the above D, committed an assault by drinking the part of the victim at one time, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported cases.
