1. As to KRW 45,789,954 and KRW 44,00,00 among them, the Defendant shall annually pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,789,954 from December 24, 2019 to January 16, 2020.

1. In full view of the overall purport of the pleadings, the facts in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 3 (including each number), as to the plaintiff's claim, can be acknowledged.

(1) The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 9.01% per annum from December 24, 2019 to January 16, 2020, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., from the next day to the date of full payment.

2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and acceptable.
