1. As to KRW 727,358,352 and KRW 417,459,530 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from November 29, 2013 to April 29, 2018.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) on March 4, 2010, the Plaintiff agreed to pay KRW 1,650,000 to the Defendant on March 4, 2012; (b) on October 13, 2011, KRW 250,000 due date and KRW 21% per annum on March 4, 201; and (c) on October 13, 2011, the Plaintiff agreed to lend KRW 250,000,00 to the Defendant at the highest rate of 21% per annum; (d) the Plaintiff was unable to obtain full payment; (e) was given dividends of KRW 742,540,470 on November 28, 2013; and (e) was to pay KRW 417,459,430,430; (e) interest; (e) the Plaintiff was to pay KRW 375,375,285,275,27585,27,757,27.37.
