Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project association established to implement a housing redevelopment and rearrangement project by making the housing redevelopment and rearrangement project district (hereinafter “project implementation district of this case”) with the land size of 40,404m2 in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu as the project implementation district of this case.
