A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months from the Busan District Court to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 25, 2014.

The Defendant, around 16:30 on May 24, 2016, at the coffee shop, called “E,” where the victim D, who was in Busan Shodong-gu C, worked as an employee, called “E,” and, upon receiving a claim from the victim, she would have been able to see that it would be well fright, and that he would not speak against the victim, the Defendant: (a) she talked with the victim; (b) she acted as if the victim was frighten; and (c) she continued to fright the victim’s tobacco used in his hand, and (d) she was unable to enter the coffee shop at the entrance of the coffee shop, and (e) she was frighted for a police officer on his name and duty to remain fright for 10 minutes.”

1. On April 10, 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 grams from G, a local mental medicine, from G, at the street in front of the residence of G located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan, for free, around 0.05 grams, and administered approximately 0.05 grams from G in the middle of April 2016, in a way of dilution with clopon from the mutual invitations located in the Seocho-gu, Busan, Busan, for 20:0 in the order of April 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 grams of the said copon to coffee.

2. On May 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 0.05g of oponon from G from trading holes located on the sixth floor of H in the Gyeongnam Kimhae-si, G on May 1, 2016; and (b) received approximately 0.05g of opon from G on May 8, 2016.
