On October 22, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with approximately 500 meters of alcohol level 0.113% under the influence of alcohol level 0.13% in front of the day of so-called Domsan in the vicinity of the Geum-dong Geum-dong Geum-dong, Geumju-si.
