【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 20:20 on October 18, 2019, the Defendant driven a 1 ton cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, from around about 200 meters to around D/L at approximately 00 meters from the front side of the “Cridge” road located in B of the Jeonbuk-gun, Northbuk-gun, to the front side of D/L.

2. The defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury).

around 20:20 on October 18, 2019, the Defendant driven a cargo vehicle in drinking condition, and led the former real-lane D to drive the vehicle directly from the “Cintersection,” to the “Cintersection,” from the “Cintersection.”

At the time, there were many vehicles parked at the edge of the road, and there were many vehicles parked on the right side of the defendant's proceeding, and there is a temporary parking lot on the right side of the defendant's proceeding, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by thoroughly operating the front-time duty and accurately operating the steering gear and brakes.
