Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a singing practice room with the trade name of “C” singing practice room in Seo-gu, Gwangju.

Although a singing practice room business operator of "2014 Highest 498" was prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages, the Defendant sold at around 22:40 on February 8, 2014 the instant singing practice room to three customers, such as F, etc. at KRW 25,000 of the price of the instant singing practice room.

In the singing practice room of the 2014 Highest 744, the Defendant was prohibited from selling or providing alcoholic beverages to customers. On February 7, 2014, the Defendant sold to three customers, such as G, etc. at the said singing practice room around 22:00, the Defendant sold to 40,000 won the price of one disease, one disease, and one day-to-day.
