1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,340,878 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 18, 2019 to the date of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap’s evidence No. 1 and all pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant’s delay in payment of wages and retirement allowances from May 2, 2019 to October 2019 (i.e., wages and retirement allowances of KRW 19,076,316, 316, and retirement allowances of KRW 16,562).

Therefore, the Defendant, as a result, is obligated to pay the wages and retirement allowances in arrears with the Plaintiff, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from December 18, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, sought by the Plaintiff.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
