1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from November 15, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

(Provided, on February 2, 200, the Plaintiff lent money to the Defendant as alleged by the Plaintiff, as the Plaintiff, to “Plaintiff” and “debtor” (hereinafter “Defendant”), and the Defendant’s remainder of the loan amount of KRW 30 million is no dispute between the parties, and according to the purport of the statement and the entire pleadings, it is recognized that the interest at the time of the loan was set at 3% per month (36% per annum) and the due date on August 15, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 30 million and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 25% per annum within the agreed rate from November 15, 2016 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
