Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who resides in Seo-gu B Housing C in Gwangju.

On February 11, 2020, at around 05:10 on February 11, 2020, the Defendant turned on whether or not gas bags are in the kitchen, and snicking the smelling in the above house. In this case, the Defendant had a duty of care to keep the same until the completion of cooking, so that the smelling is not overheated.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, was snicked by negligence, which caused the smelling as it was, caused the smelling of the said smelling around that time, and caused the said smell to take the kitchen of the said house, such as being moved to air conditioners, laundry machines, and the walling via the wall, ceiling, etc.

Ultimately, due to the above negligence, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the wall, ceiling, cooling, washing machine, laundry, and air conditioners, etc. of the said house owned by the victim D by the said negligence; (b) KRW 28,062,80,000, for repair costs.
