【The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,00 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on February 15, 2007; on November 16, 2007, the same court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million to a fine of KRW 6 months; on November 5, 2010, the same court received a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking). On August 10, 201, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of five months for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), and on August 29, 201, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to a imprisonment of KRW 1 year and two months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at a prison on November 7, 2015.
