The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute any access medium while receiving, demanding or promising to receive any consideration in using or managing the access medium.

On April 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a letter from a person without his/her name, stating that he/she would lend an Internet shopping mall account to another person; (b) contacted him/her with another person without his/her name; and (c) delivered one check card connected to the name of the Defendant’s personal compromise account (number : D) before the 15:00 on the same day, to another person via Kwikset service article.

Accordingly, the defendant agreed to receive compensation and lent the approaching media.
