Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, from October 2018 to November 20, 2018, the Defendants: (a) managed the said officetels; (b) placed a female sexual traffic at the Internet site, such as “F,” etc., in managing the overall sexual traffic business establishment; (c) served as a monthly wage from Defendant A, and (d) served as “one-time office office”, and (c) directed a female sexual traffic business establishment to an officetel when a female sexual traffic business operator receives a phone call from an unspecified male who finds the said sexual traffic business establishment; and (d) arranged sexual traffic by having the female sexual traffic business operator G receive the sexual traffic price (one hour and 1.50,000 won) and sexual intercourse with male customers.

Accordingly, the Defendants engaged in commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant C

A. On November 20, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) paid 150,000 won to G who is a female sexual traffic, and paid 150,000 won for sexual intercourse in the above Dtel E around 01:30,01.

B.
