Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 13, 2020 to May 5, 201: (a) from around 01:40 on September 13, 2020 to from around 01:5, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s smooth operation duties by force by avoiding a disturbance of about 15 minutes by, without any justifiable reason, customers who were on the side of the table b B, shicking the table b B, and taking a bath to the customers who were on the side of it.

2. On September 13, 2020, at around 02:00, the Defendant damaged the victim F’s main store located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, by displaying the door of the U.S. air exhausters into the body of the city without any justifiable reason.

3. On September 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at around 07:40 on September 13, 2020, the Defendant: (b) rejected a request from the nose or the prosecutor to leave the vehicle in front of the Busan J Apartment-gu, Busan; (c) rejected the request from I to the superintendent of the police station belonging to the Busan, in order to isolate the vehicle; and (d) continued to stop the request once.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the transportation of suspected patients to the coaches of police officers.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. The reason for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act is not good.
