Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 18, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) operated a D QM6 car without a driver’s license from the section of approximately 1km from the two-way roads in front of the construction site of the apartment complex B to the front road in front of the road in the city apartment construction site of the same city to the front road.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving D QM6 automobiles.

The Defendant operated the said car at the time indicated in the “1st Port” and proceeded along two-lanes from the high-am IIC bank to the long-distance shooting distance in front of the C Apartment Construction Site.

In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle along the lane by properly operating the brake system, while the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle along the lane.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and entered the same direction by entering more than a one-lane while driving without a driver's license, and the victim EM3 driver's driving driving driven along one-lane in the same direction was taken forward in front of the left side of the car of the above Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
