Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2012, at around 19:10, the Defendant: (a) received questioning from the police officer belonging to the Mapo-dong Police Station, who was called out after receiving a report of D by the Defendant to avoid disturbance at the “Enobyagle” operated by the 1st underground floor D of Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si; (b) took a bath to the said G; and (c) took care of the chest’s chest twice in his hand, thereby hindering the Defendant from performing his lawful duties in relation to the handling of the report.
