Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 201, the Defendant: (a) received a request from C for opening a Handphone from the Defendant working for the Defendant on the second floor of the Home Pamper underground, the Defendant used the Defendant’s resident registration certificate and used it to use C’s credit card in the name of C.
1. On June 15, 201, the Defendant received a new credit card subscription call from 1SK Card Company at the above B around June 15, 201, and applied for a new credit card subscription, and as “C” was the employee in charge of applying for a non-credit card, the Defendant informed the employees in charge of the above information, such as name: C, resident registration number: D, non-work number, Handphone number, workplace address, and home address, and had the employee in charge prepare a new application file for a credit card subscription.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged a new application file for subscription to credit card C, which is an electronic record of another person's rights and duties, for the purpose of facilitating the management of affairs.
2. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1), had the staff in charge of application for new subscription to credit cards, who is aware of the forgery, transmit the files to the employee in charge of examination on the issuance of credit cards as if they were duly formed.
3. On June 17, 2011, the Defendant: (a) received the credit card issued through the above process in B; (b) stated “E” in the resident number column, “C” in the applicant’s signature column, “C” in the date of issuance of the resident registration certificate; (c) on the date of receipt column, the Defendant voluntarily signed C in the name of the applicant, stating “C” in the name of the applicant, “C” in the date of issuance of the resident registration certificate; and (d) on the date of receipt; and (c) written the date of receipt in the name of the applicant.
The defendant is entitled to exercise.
