A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 15, 2013, at around 13:50, the Defendant driven a bro vehicle with blood alcohol content of 0.171%, while under the influence of alcohol on August 13:5, 2013, and led the Defendant to proceed along three lanes from the ductal surface of the 3-lane Do, which is located in the hands-on city in king-si.
However, since there are a number of vehicles driving mainly, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to check the safety of the course and to proceed with the change of the lane to the driver of the vehicle.

The Defendant 1 took the front part of the Defendant’s driving vehicle on the right side of the Defendant’s driving vehicle, and 1) 1) 1) 1) 1) 1) 2) 1) 2) 3) 2) 3) 2) 1.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, salt ties and tensions that require approximately 3 weeks of medical treatment to the victim C, the victim E suffers from pressure 1st century pressure pressure strings, the victim G with approximately 3 weeks of medical treatment, and the victim I (5 years of age) who is the passenger of the above fish code passenger car, for approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment.
