1. As to KRW 70,00,000 and KRW 60,000 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall annually pay to the Plaintiff KRW 3,000 from April 22, 2019 until June 6, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. That damages for delay exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) are not recognized (see Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the above Regulations).
