Punishment of the crime

A. On August 16, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 08:08, and proceeded one lane from the three-lanes in front of the Greensan Public Health Center located in Gangseo-dong 14-6, Gangseo-gu, Busan, to the speed of about 30 to 40km in the direction of a mountain distance, depending on the three-lanes in front of the Greensan Public Health Center.

Since there was a vehicle waiting for the signal signal at the time, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed by putting the front side to the driver, secure the safety distance, and prevent the accident in advance by driving the vehicle.
