Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants conspired to acquire money in the name of agreement and medical expenses by claiming insurance money as if they were an insurance company with an intentional traffic accident after intentionally causing a traffic accident against a vehicle that violated the traffic laws and regulations, or by claiming insurance money as if they were a traffic accident by negligence.
1.
