Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a low-income vehicle in B.

1. Around 06:23 on November 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven the national highway C front 38 of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, which was driven by using the said vehicle on a zero-way side from the front line to the front line of the said vehicle; (b) while driving the said vehicle, which is a dangerous object for the reason that the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s two-time course of driving the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the said bus, on the ground that the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s two-lane, the said vehicle was driven by a dangerous object; and (c) the said vehicle operated a hub after rapid change of the vehicle from the first lane to the second line of the said bus, thereby conflicting with the front one of the said bus; and (d) from 06:24 to 06:30, the said vehicle continued to have been driven by the victim by using the type of assault, bucking force, etc. of the window and the front door of the said bus.

2. The Defendant damaged property equivalent to KRW 1,227,810, such as the front board of the bus, due to the collision between the above vehicle and the bus.
