1. The Defendant connects the Plaintiff with each point of the indication 1, 2, 3, 6, and 1 of the annexed drawings among the land size of 50 square meters of C forest land at the time of Jinjin-si.

According to the statement Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 1, 1, 3, and 1, and 3, the results of the survey and appraisal by the Korea Land Information Corporation, and the purport of the whole pleadings, the Plaintiff owned the land of 50 square meters in Jin-si, Jin-si, ② the Defendant owned the land of 102 square meters in a multi-story D red-story roof 102 square meters in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, the Defendant’s housing owned by the Plaintiff, and the fact that the Defendant occupied the land of 1, 2, 3, 6, and 1 attached Form among the land of 50 square meters in Jin-si, Jin-si.

The defendant is obligated to remove the house on the ground of 36 square meters in part 1, 2, 3, 6, and 1 of the annexed drawings among the 50 square meters of C forest and field in Jinjin-si, and deliver the above land to the plaintiff. The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
