Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who drives a car in the B Spanpo Zone.

On February 18, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.092% in blood around 05:06, and led the said car to the intersection of the Galma distance in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul, Seo-gu, Seoul, to the offside of the offside street.

Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well before the center and to safely drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in neglecting the above duty of care and proceeded with the center line as soon as possible, committed a part of the left-hand part of the driving of the victim C(28 years old) driving, which was parked in the signal atmosphere from the opposite side of the direction to the direction, as the front-hand part of the Defendant’s car.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by negligence in the course of business, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. of heavy resin in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) was driven by the Defendant in the state of being drunk with approximately 0.092% of alcohol concentration in blood at a section of about 1km from the front of a mutually influorous restaurant in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul at the time of the first paragraph (1) to the Gri-distance Intersection in the same Dong.
