A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 10, 2016, around 23:10, the Defendant assaulted the Victim F (F) who was the wife of the Defendant (F, 36 years of age) who was frighted due to the Defendant’s assault in his residence at the small location of the Defendant’s apartment 104-504-dong 504, Nam-gu, Busan, Nam-gu, and was living together with his house and returned to his house, on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant f, who was the wife of the Defendant (F, fright fright fright fright f right f right f right f right f right f right f right f right f right f right f right f right f right fright

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the victim as above.

2. At the same place of 23:20 on the same day, the Defendant, at the same time and at the same time at around 23:20, committed assault to the above I, such as: (a) the security guards belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station H police box, who received 112 reports on domestic violence, listened to the statements of damage from the F; and (b) the said I expressed that “I reported the damage to the F; (c) she was wrong for her internal organs; (d) she took a bath to her inside, and her hand carried his/her arms on the right side of the said I; and (e) taking his/her her her her spice to remove his/her spice.

The Defendant, at around 23:40 on the same day, arrested and taken custody of the Defendant as a current offender, such as interference with the performance of official duties, etc. at the Busan Southern Police Station, thereby damaging the police officer’s degree of KRW 77,00 of repair cost by taking advantage of glass windows inside the above police box as head and destroying them.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by a police box for a public official.
