A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is currently pending in a divorce lawsuit due to the relationship between the victim B (n, 52 years old) and the married couple.

1. Whether the Defendant is doubtful of the male relationship of the victim in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, a residence around 20:40 on March 30, 2018, and whether he/she does not know about the victim’s laps, Gabs, and Gabs in the male house.
