Punishment of the crime

The defendant was aware of the business relationship with the victim B (E. 60 years old), and the victim was aware of the fact that the victim continued to have a sexual relationship with the victim C(E. 63 years old) because of the close business with the victim C(E. 63 years old), and the victim was aware of the fact that the victim was aware of the sexual relationship with the victim C because the victim was unable to properly terminate the call after the call with the victim C.

1. On October 9, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., against the Victim C, sent a text message to the Victim C using a mobile phone from the mutual influorial booms located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to the effect that the Defendant “C Jong-gu was flusium....................) was flusium and flusium, which would have been flusium or flusium,” and that the Defendant continued to reach the text that would cause fear or apprehension to the Victim through a blusium or flusium, which is an information and communications network, on 77 occasions in total, as indicated in the list of crimes (2) from September 27, 2014 to December 28, 2014.
