1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 21,269,00 for Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 21,478,400 for Plaintiff B; and (c) for each of them, from September 23, 2016 to May 2019.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

As a judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) (the provisions on statutory interest rates in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Part-Time 3 (Act No. 208(3)1 and Article 257) enter into force on May 21, 2019 and came into force on June 1, 2019, 15% per annum until May 31, 2019 and 12% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and the part exceeding shall be dismissed.
