A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On March 14, 2014, at around 00:40, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi for business use owned by D Co., Ltd., operated by D Co., Ltd.; (b) arrived at the front of the lower 10-lane of the Hanam-si, the destination of which was located; (c) was requested by the victim to pay the taxi fee; and (d) was under the influence of alcohol; and (c) continued to be placed on the back of the said taxi without any particular reason; and (d) damaged the said taxi to have approximately KRW 3,300,000,000 of the repair cost, on several occasions.
2. When the Defendant received questioning of the case from G from the police officer G belonging to the Busan Police Station F District Unit, which called out after receiving a report of 112 at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of reporting duties by G, who is a police official, when she takes a bath as to whether he/she would be impreprising governance or not.
