Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics as foreigners of the nationality of Thailand.

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide psychotropic drugs.

1. Defendant A (A, E-name “C”)

A. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (f) The Defendant, on September 1, 2018, at the residence of E (hereinafter “F”) located in Sim-si on September 14:20, 201, paid KRW 70,000 to E, and paid KRW 70,000 to E, psychotropic drugs (the same shall apply hereinafter).

2) Upon receipt of one order, the Defendant

1) At the same date, at the same time and place as mentioned in paragraph (1), the psychotropic drugs purchased as above were administered in such a way as to inhale as soon as possible, by raising 1 psychotropic drugs above the gambling place. B. A foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may stay in the Republic of Korea within the scope of his/her sojourn status and sojourn period, and shall not be staying in the Republic of Korea in violation of this provision. Nevertheless, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as visa exemption (B-1) on December 3, 2017 and continued to stay in the Republic of Korea until May 17, 2019, notwithstanding the expiration of his/her sojourn period on March 3, 2018.

A. The Defendant in collusion with H and I on September 1, 2018, in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence 1) in collusion with H and I, and around 05:30 on September 2018, the Defendant bears 2.10,000 won as psychotropic drugs, and H and I paid the above amount to E, and purchased psychotropic drugs. 2) The Defendant was issued the foregoing psychotropic drugs.
